All Slayer Racks are handcrafted to order in Pompano Beach, Florida. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your rack to be built before it ships. Custom builds and teak racks may take longer depending on materials and complexity — we'll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Shipping Method
- Freight Shipping — All racks ship via freight. Shipping cost varies by delivery address — we'll provide an exact quote before you purchase
- Local Pickup — Available at our Pompano Beach, FL workshop. Expected pickup date: 3–4 weeks
Shipping Destinations
We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Contact us for international shipping quotes.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Slayer Rack is handcrafted to order, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items — If your rack arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll repair or replace it at no cost to you
- Custom Orders — Custom-built racks are made specifically for you and are non-refundable. Please confirm all specifications before placing your order
- Standard Orders — Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you need to discuss a return. The rack must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
